Insurance

The registration fee does not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, illness, cancellations by any party, loss or damage to personal possessions, theft. All participants are strongly advised to make adequate personal insurance arrangements to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects prior to travel.

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Secretariat will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to registered and paid participants upon request, if needed for visa requirements. Please note that such a letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress and it is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to cover fees and other expenses or to provide any financial support. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate. Please request your letter of invitation on the registration page, specifying your full name and address, passport number and date of birth. Programme Changes

The organisers do not assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

Smoking Policy

For the general comfort and health of all participants, smoking is not permitted at any of the official functions during the Congress. This includes all scientific sessions, business and other meetings, evening functions and registration area & foyers.

Photography Policy

The ETA has adopted a ‘No photography’ policy. Kindly appreciate that taking photos of posters and presentations during the lectures is not permitted.
